Willow Haven also offer cremation services and our friendly staff will help you decide your best needs.

All our services include:
- collection of your pet from you home or veterinary surgery
- private use of our Room of Remembrance
- care of your pet prior to cremation
- private cremation service
- Cremation certificate

Interment at Willow Haven
If you decide to leave the ashes at Willow Haven, you may choose to bury or sprinkle the ashes yourself, or be assisted by one of our staff. You are always welcome to plant flowers, and still may visit the Gardens at any time.

Willow Haven offers a range of cremation options to suit your needs. In addition to the services listed, cremation includes the return of ashes to your veterinary surgery.

Opal The Opal service includes a discreet black laminated carton from which to scatter your pet's ashes.

Ruby The Ruby service includes a black-coated aluminium urn, with your pet's name engraved on a gold coloured plaque, for scattering or interment.

Diamond The Diamond service includes a polished wooden casket with an inscribed name plaque, for retaining or interment.

Emerald The Emerald service includes a hand made glazed ceramic container, with your pet's name set in a raised motif for retaining as a permanent memory.

Interment Plaques Langley Plaque allows you up to 50 letters max engraved on a 205mm x 130mm brass coloured aluminium inscription plate on a wooden base with ground stem. Hertford Plaque has the same specifications as Langley Plaque, but is 130mm x 80mm in size. - Alban Plaque as the Langley Plaque but is 75mm x 48mm in size.
